What are the deposit requirements?

To confirm a Regent Seven Seas Cruises booking, a deposit is required. The deposit is based on the length of the cruise and the total vacation cost. For cruises 25 nights or less, a 15% deposit is required. For cruises 25 nights or longer, a 20% deposit is required.

Are children allowed on Regent Seven Seas Cruises?

Infants must be at least one year old at sailing. Guests under 18 are not permitted onboard unless sharing a stateroom with an adult aged 18 or older. Guests must be 18 years or older to use the Fitness Center, except children aged 16-17 who may do so if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Does Regent Seven Seas Cruises offer hotel and land programs?

Yes. You may extend your vacation with hotel stays or exclusive land programs at prestigious hotels around the world. Packages typically include room, tax, service charges, breakfast, porterage, and transfers where applicable.

Some programs require a minimum number of participants. Cancellation penalties apply if canceled within 90 days of departure. Guests on the Air/Sea Program receive transfers automatically. Independent flyers may purchase private transfers at least 30 days before departure. Post-cruise transfers can only be arranged on board at the Destination Services desk.

Should pregnant guests have any special documentation?

Regent cannot accept guests who will be in or beyond their 24th week of pregnancy by the start or during the cruise. Guests in earlier stages must submit a physician's "Fit to Travel" note before sailing.

This document should confirm how many weeks pregnant you will be at embarkation and state that you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy. Submit documentation via fax to 305-514-2222, Attn: Special Services.
