Regent Seven Seas Cruises' 2-for-1 fares are based on the full published brochure fare before discounts or early booking savings. The 2-for-1 promotion applies across all suite categories unless otherwise noted and is capacity-controlled. Availability is limited and may vary by sailing.

Guests may combine consecutive voyages to create an extended journey. What is Regent Seven Seas Cruises standard cancellation policy?

Once a deposit is received, all reservations become subject to Regent Seven Seas Cruises' cancellation terms. An administration fee applies to all cancellations or changes. This fee may be converted into a Future Cruise Credit, redeemable toward a new booking made within 12 months, for travel at any time.

The following charges apply for cancellations made prior to departure:

Cruises 14 Nights or Less

  • Deposit date - 121 days prior: $100 per person administration fee (convertible to Future Cruise Credit).
  • 120-91 days prior: 15% of cruise fare per person.
  • 90-61 days prior: 50% of cruise fare per person.
  • 60-31 days prior: 75% of cruise fare per person.
  • 30 days or less prior: 100% of cruise fare per person.

Cruises 15 Nights or More

  • Deposit date - 151 days prior: $100 per person administration fee (convertible to Future Cruise Credit).
  • 150-121 days prior: 25% of cruise fare per person.
  • 120-91 days prior: 50% of cruise fare per person.
  • 90-76 days prior: 75% of cruise fare per person.
  • 75 days or less prior: 100% of cruise fare per person.

Other Travel Components

  • Pre- or Post-Cruise Hotel Packages: 100% penalty if cancelled within 45 days of departure.
  • Pre- or Post-Cruise Land Programs: 100% penalty if cancelled within 60 days of departure.
  • Adventures Ashore/Overland Programs: 100% penalty if cancelled within 45 days of departure.
  • Regent Choice Shore Excursions: 100% penalty if cancelled within 36 hours of tour departure.
  • Private Transfers: 100% penalty if cancelled within 4 days of transfer.
  • Destination Services Fee: Nonrefundable once paid.
  • Airfare: 100% penalty if cancelled within 60 days of departure.
  • Air Supplemental Fees: Nonrefundable once confirmed.

Reservation Changes

Guest name changes are not permitted once a deposit has been received. A new booking must be created, subject to current pricing and policies. The original reservation will be cancelled, and cancellation penalties will apply.
